Barley water is believed to be a good source of iron, calcium, Vitamin C, and protein.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps barley
- 1 tbsp jaggery (Gur)
- 3 cups of filtered water
Method:
Pressure cook the barley and jaggery in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. Strain the liquid, cool Mix well and serve.
