Vegetable Broth



  • 1onion roughly chopped
  • 1 medium sized Carrot
  • 1 potato diced
  • 1 celery stick
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • One bay leaf
  • Pinch of turmeric
    (Add a pinch of salt for baby s above one year old)


Combine all the ingredients in a thick bottom pot and put it on slow heat and cook for about 45 minutes. Strain the ingredients. You can also use it while cooking porridges and soups.
