- Wheat flour- 1 cup
- Rice Powder-3 tbsp
- Onion-1
- Tomatoes-2
- Red chili powder- 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves – few
Method
Heat oil in a kadai. Add chopped onion and tomatoes and salt and mix well. Cook for 3 mins till mushy. Add chili powder turmeric powder and mix well. Finally, add the chopped Coriander’ leaves
Now take this in a blender make into a puree.
Add this to wheat and rice powder mix and make a thick dosa batter using the required water. The batter should not be too thick or too watery.
Heat a tawa and spread the dosa evenly on it.
Drizzle some oil around the sides and cook for a min on one side. Flip over and cook.
Remove and serve hot with chutney or egg curry
