Shrimp fried rice
Quick , simple fried rice prepared with shrimp , within few minutes. Perfect for a lazy weekend dinner meal . It is so flavourful and very easy to make at home, even your picky eaters will love to dig in…


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 12-15 nos shrimps
  • pepper powder:- 1 tbsp
  • chopped garlic:- 6-8 pods
  • finely chopped carrots :-1
  • finely chopped shallots:-5-8
  • 2 stalks spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 bowl cooked rice (at room temperature)
  • salt to taste


Heat a pan on high flame .. Add a tsp veg oil . Add shrimp, pepper powder and salt and let it fry for a minute.. Do not overcook. And set aside

Next step is to scramble eggs. Put a pan on medium flame. Add one tsp oil and beaten eggs and salt together. Stir quickly and scramble the eggs.

Third step is to saute all the ingredients together . Heat a pan on high flame, add 2 tbsp veg oil . Add chopped garlic, shallots, carrots, spring onions and sauté for a minute on high. Add cooked shrimps , scrambled eggs, and sauces mix all the ingredients together and saaute for a minute. Add cooked ruce and combine well. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot..
