Ingredients:-
- cauliflower:- 1 medium sized
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Tandoori powder (store bought) 2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste:-2 tsp
- Curd:-1/4 cup
- Dry methi leaves:-2tsp
- Butter -2 to 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- turmeric powder or vinegar 1 tsp to wash cauliflower
Method
Slice the cauliflower into thin big pieces. Clean the cauliflower in salt, vinegar or turmeric powder to remove the pesticides . Put the cauliflower florets in hot water and leave it for ten minutes until it becomes tender.
To marinate, take a bowl, add curd , tandoori masala powder , ginger garlic paste ,2 tsp sesame oil, dry methi leaves, and salt to taste . Mix well. Add cauliflower florets and coat the masala well into the florets and leave it for at least half an hour.
Take a tandoor or grill pan add butter and carefully place the cauliflower florets one by one. Fry the cauliflower until golden brown and flip to the other side and fry again. Add more butter if needed. Serve it hot with chapathy or rot .. Or you can even make Biriyani with this cauliflower.. will update the recipe soon …
