- Grated Carrot one medium sized
- Coconut milk half cup,
- Jagerry one tsp (optional)
- Ghee 1 tsp(preferably homemade)
Method
Heat a thick bottomed pan and combine all ingredients except ghee. Cook over a low flame until well smashed and all the excess water reduces. Finally, add a tsp of ghee and give it a good steering.
