No cook easy to make tender coconut kheer or ilaneer payasam.
Coconut milk:-1 cup
Jaggery syrup according to your taste
Cashews raisins and fried coconut flakes to garnish
Remove tender coconut flesh from the skin. Reserve one cup chopped to garnish.
In a blender coursely grind together tender coconut flesh along with one cup of coconut water. Add one cup of coconut milk and jaggery syrup according to your taste and mix well . Garnish with fried coconut flakes, cashews and raisins. Serve chilled.
