Sabudana :- 1 cup
Potato:- 1 diced
Cumin seeds:-1 tsp
Grated coconut or grated peanuts :-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar :- 1 tsp
Lemon :- half
Chopped Coriander leaves
Soak sabudana overnight. Rinse the sabudana under water until water turns clear and drain it to make sure there is no water left.
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame, add cumin seeds let it crackle. Add diced potato, peanuts,green chillies,salt and sugrar and mix well.close the lid and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. You can also use the preboiled potato.
Add the drained sabudana and combine well. Cook well untill most of the sabudana pearls becomes translucent. Remove from heat squeeze half of a lemon and garnish with coriander leaves and mix gently. Serve hot.
