- ½ kg black grapes
- 125 grams sugars
- 2 liters of water or more
Wash the grapes thoroughly. In a large pot take about a liter of water to boil. Add grapes and let it boil. When the skin breaks and begins to float immediately switch off the gas and remove from heat.
Drain the grapes and drop it in cold water and let it cool down a bit. Reserve the boiled grape’s water.
Remove the skin and seeds carefully. Store the pulp in airtight containers and refrigerate.
Take the boiled grape water in a pot along with skin and seeds and let it boil for about 15 to 20 minutes in low flame. Add sugar and mix well until the juice is slightly reduced and turns its color. Strain the juice and let it cool down. Store it in airtight containers and refrigerate.
Mix the grape juice and pulp before serving. Serve chilled.
