- Pineapple juice- 2 cups
- Lime juice -1/4 the cup
- Cold water- 1 cup
- Sugar -4 tbsp or to taste
- Basil seed or sabja seed – 1 tbs
- Mint leaves- few crushed
- Lemon slices- of 2 lemon
- Ice cubes
Take half cup of water and put basil seeds in it and let it soak for about ten minutes.
In a large bowl whisk together pineapple juice, lemon juice, mint leaves, and sugar syrup
Add soaked basil seeds, ice cubes and lemon slices. And mix gently. Serve fresh and chilled.
