Avocado smoothie

These days avocados has become an incredibly popular food among health-conscious individuals. This simple avocado smoothie with just 3 ingredients, will be a delicious breakfast smoothie. And it is fully packed with healthy fats, lots of fiber and rich in vitamins and minerals especially the B-vitamins. They contain more potassium than in bananas.

Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients :-

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1cup of milk
  • honey or sugar to taste

Method:-

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add 1/4 cup of chilled water and blend it again. Serve chilled.
