And it is fully packed with healthy fats, lots of fiber and rich in vitamins and minerals especially the B-vitamins. They contain more potassium than in bananas.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1cup of milk
- honey or sugar to taste
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add 1/4 cup of chilled water and blend it again. Serve chilled.
